ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Dacia expands its offer with technological updates and new engines, focusing on efficiency, comfort and electrified driving. The main novelty is the Hybrid 155, which combines a 1.8-litre petrol engine with two electric motors (50 hp and high voltage starter/generator), 1.4 kWh battery and electrified automatic transmission.
This clutch-free system allows smooth driving and up to 80% in 100% electric mode in the city, with reduced emissions of 10% compared to the previous Hybrid 140. For the first time, the Sandero range, Sandero Stepway and Jogger combines the GPL with the automatic 6-speed dual-friction gearbox, with increased power to 120 hp.
The new larger tanks allow up to 20% greater autonomy in GPL mode, with a total range of up to 1.590 km. The design has been updated with reversed “T” LED headlights, new pixel rear headlights and Starkle® protections, durable material and 20% recycled plastic. New equipment, such as automatic headlights, Multi-View Camera, electric rearviews and 10′′′ multimedia system with 7′′ digital display, increase comfort and safety, in line with the latest European regulations.
Dacia also introduces the new Hybrid-G 150 4×4 on Duster and Bigster, a mild-hybrid 48V front engine combined with a 31 hp rear electric, for a total of 154 hp and 230 Nm. This 4×4 bi-fuel GPL system is unique on the market, with autonomy up to 1,500 km and reduction of consumption and CO2 emissions. The double clutch with levers at the wheel, along with the two rear electric motor ratios, guarantees high torque at low speeds, maximum efficiency and ease off-road. The Dacia Spring improves the platform and mounts a new Litio-Ferro-Fosfato 24.3 kWh battery, increasing stiffness, weight distribution, autonomy and comfort.
New 70 and 100 hp engines offer more power and torque, while optimized aerodynamics reduces consumption by up to 9%, maintaining 225 km of WLTP mixed cycle autonomy. Finally, new accessories such as the InNature sunshade and YouClip fixing points make it more practical to move outdoors and transport objects, completing the Dacia offer between innovation, sustainability and everyday practicality.
