ROMA (ITALPRESS) – On the occasion of the International Day of People with Disability, the Italian Paralympic Committee reaffirms its daily commitment to promoting a culture of sport that is really for everyone, without barriers and without labels. A symbolic day that for CIP represents a mission that lasts all year: give space, voice and dignity to people with disabilities through sport, creating real opportunities and changing social perception.
“Disability is an inherent condition in the human being and, sooner or later, it concerns everyone. For this reason paralympic sport is not only a question of results, but a very powerful cultural message: speaks of freedom, rights and possibilities,” said the President of CIP, Marco Giunio De Sanctis. “This day we remember that inclusion is not an occasional gesture, but a shared path. And the CIP will continue to do its part, with even more energy.”.
