L’AQUILA (ITALPRESS) – In the early hours of this morning, in the regions Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Umbria and Tuscany, the Special Operating Group of the Carabinieri, in collaboration with the Provincial Commands competent for territory, has given execution to an order of precautionary custody with subsequent transfer to a Minorile Penal Institute, issued from the gip of the court for minors of L’Aquila, for minor fishing.
The minor is considered gravely suspected of the crimes of propaganda and incitement to delinquer for reasons of racial, ethnic and religious discrimination, as well as of Detention of material for purposes of terrorism. The investigations allowed the young person to challenge the finding and dissemination of manuals containing detailed instructions for the manufacture of firearms and firearms.
Among the temporary material seized are documents containing technical indications on dangerous chemicals and bacteriological substances, as well as vademecum dedicated to the sabotage of essential public services, all inserted in a clear frame of terrorist purposes.
The investigations also documented the contacts between the minor and the summit of the Telegram group called “Werwolf Division”, focused on content and narratives related to the supposed superiority of the “Aryan race”. There were also seven local, personal and computer searches for as many minors in the provinces of Teramo, Perugia, Pescara, Bologna and Arezzo.
Minors appear inserted in a transnational virtual ecosystem, consisting of groups and social channels of neo-Nazi matrix, accelerator and supremacist, and particularly sensitive to the istigatory charge of shared ideological material and fascination for violence and extremism.
The investigation, launched in October 2025 by the Anti-crime Section of L’Aquila, originated from the previous anti-terrorism activity (Imperium investigation) concluded in July 2025 by the Carabinieri Anti-crime Section of Brescia and coordinated by the Anti-Mafia and Anti-terrorism District, in which the minor involved in the execution of the precautionary measure was also searched.
