MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The curtain falls on the 82nd edition of EICMA – International exhibition of the two wheels, and also this year the budget is a record. In six days, more than 600,000 overall audiences, professionals, industry and media operators have decreed the success of an edition that has been able to combine entertainment, business opportunities and passion, confirming itself as a world reference point for the industry, motorcyclists and the culture of motorcycle. With more than 730 exhibitors from 50 countries and more than 2,000 brands represented, EICMA 2025 consolidates its growth in recent years and reaffirms its international dimension. The strong proof of the exhibition is in the numbers: from the post-Covid edition of 2021 to the present, in fact, they have literally doubled visitors, exhibitors and occupied surface. Also significant is the data 2025 for B2B operators: have been more than 43,000 professionals, from 167 nations, profiled and accredited with higher quality standards than the past, who animated the pavilions in the days reserved to the industry, generating new networking and business opportunities. Particularly relevant in this area the increase of foreign operators, which mark a solid +28% on 2024. On the communication front, there is a further increase in the presence of journalists, media, technicians and content creator, who exceed 8,200 with a source from 67 countries. Among the most popular content of this edition, the twentieth anniversary of MotoLive, the outdoor arena of more than 60,000 square meters, the most extensive ever, which vibrated the audience with races, acrobatic shows, trial, competitions with bicylinder adventure and the extraordinary Champions Charity Race on live television, which brought together twelve legends of motorsport for a solidarity cause. To enrich the exhibition offer also the exhibition “Desert Queens”, realized in collaboration with ASO – Amaury Sport Organisation: a tribute to the history and myth of Dakar, with 31 original motorcycles exhibited for the first time in Italy, and daily meetings with the protagonists of the most famous rally of the world, which has recorded more than 42.000 visits. Great success also for the Y.U.M. – Your Urban Mobility area, where thousands of visitors could try for free over 40 vehicles between scooters, mopeds and electric and endothermic quadricycles. An area of 4,000 square meters that confirmed the ability of EICMA to interpret the new trends of urban mobility. The 2025 edition spoke the language of emotions with its claim “That’s Love”, an hymn to the passion that unites builders, pilots and public. From the Tattoo Station, where more than 80.000 temporary tattoos were applied, to the central stage of MotoLive, to the experiential content spread in all the pavilions, passing from the Adventuring Area and the one dedicated to the Start Up and to the security with the Forces of the Order, the theme of belonging and love for the two wheels crossed every space of the event. It confirms its popularity also the Gaming Area, which also attracted thousands of young people and less young people who played on the simulators. On a surprising surface of over 300 square meters, the largest ever built, visitors could experience immersive driving experiences thanks to eight ultimate-generation simulators with real motorcycles. The challenges on the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli gave adrenaline and show, enriched by the presence of VIPs, influencers and international drivers. Finally, great feedback on the extraordinary mobility plan created by EICMA with ATM, Comune di Milano and Trenord. Thanks to the intelligent adhesion of the public and their behavior, more than 15,000 free parking spaces in the city, enhanced links and railway facilities have ensured, a visit experience and a smoother, more sustainable and ordered access than the past, despite the great impact of EICMA on the Milan metropolitan area, contributing to the success and record numbers of this edition. “EICMA 2025 marks the full consecration of the trade fair to a global and attractive exhibition event – the president of EICMA Pietro Meda and AD Paolo Magri say.
