Escalation continues in the Middle East, large-scale attacks on strategic infrastructure and civil areas between Iran and Israel

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel continues, with large-scale reciprocal attacks affecting strategic infrastructure and civil areas. According to Iranian sources, on the night between Thursday and Friday there have been “violent and large-scale raids” on several southern provinces, including Bandar Abbas and Khuzestan, as well as targeted hits on Isfahan, near military installations. Local witnesses reported fires on several naval units in the port of Lengeh, caused by Israeli bombing. From Tehran, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of a new wave of ballistic missiles under the operation “Promise Veritiera 4” (True Promise 4).

The “mossa 66” would start at 1:20 locals (23:50 Italians on Thursday), employing solid and liquid propellant missiles of the last generation, called “superheavy, high precision and with multiple heads”. Among the vectors used: the “Qadr”, “Khorramshahr”, “Kheibar Shekan”, “Qiam” and “Zulfiqar”, flanked by kamikaze drones. In Israel, the alarm sirens played in different regions, from the north (Western Galilea) to the center of the country. Local media has spread images of fragments of missiles fallen into residential and open areas. The Iron Dome system and other multilayer defenses intercepted most of the bullets, but some impacts caused damage and injury.

In response, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have claimed tens of aerial fate in the last 24 hours, striking over 130 Iranian infrastructure goals. “We have completed hundreds of offensive missions throughout Iran, neutralizing key infrastructure of the regime,” said IDF spokesman Ella Vaviya on X. The total budget of the conflict, which entered the twentieth day, remains updated: dozens of victims from both sides, full of global energy prices after raids on deposits such as South Pars and refineries, and fears of regional enlargement. Tehran continues to threaten “limitless” retaliation if attacks on energy and nuclear infrastructure will not cease.
