TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Eugenio Franzetti is the new Marketing Manager of Alfa Romeo, with reference to Santo Ficili, CEO of Alfa Romeo and COO of Maserati, with immediate effect. Eugenio succeeds Cristiano Fiorio, who has assumed the leadership of Maserati Marketing, continuing to play the role of General Manager of Bottegafuoriserie. Eugenio Franzetti brings with him an important experience in the field of communication, sales and motorsport in his new position as Marketing Manager for Alfa Romeo.
Over the years he has held key positions, including Head of Communication and Competitions for Peugeot Italia; Head of Communication for DS Automobiles, Citroèn and Peugeot in Italy; Sales Manager for Citroèn Italia, before taking the lead of the Communication function for the Peugeot brand. Subsequently he served as Managing Director of the DS brand in Italy and was later appointed Head of DS Performance.
Eugenio has also recently assumed the responsibility of the Lancia Competition Department, an assignment that will continue to be interim, working closely with the teams of Stellantis Motorsport to enhance the brand’s profile.
