ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Extraordinary Commissioners of Acciaierie d’Italia in Extraordinary Administration (AS), Giovanni Fiori, Giancarlo Quaranta, Davide Tabarelli, and ILVA in Extraordinary Administration (AS), Alessandro Danovi, Francesco di Ciommo and Daniela Savi, make known that, within the deadline fixed at midnight on 11 December 2025, two offers have been received for the acquisition of the company complexes.
The proposals, both related to the purchase of all business complexes, come from Bedrock Industries and Flacks Group. The two offers have been regularly deposited in accordance with the procedures and the Extraordinary Commissioners will now examine the proposals to assess their completeness and compliance with the requirements set out in the notice. The competition procedure remains open: as provided for in the notice, any further interested parties may submit their own offer provided that they are improved compared to those already received.
