ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The elective assembly of Associati Sports Managers was held, which confirmed the chairman Fabio Pagliara for a new mandate, together with the renewal of the Board of Directors. A confirmation that arises in the sign of continuity, but also of responsibility and service towards the category: “I decided to return with a spirit of service and to return at least in part what I received from sports,” said the number one of Msa.
The Assembly highlighted a particularly significant element: the increasing active participation of the membership base. A strong signal of trust, but also of renewed energy and generosity that strengthens the path of the association. The comparison between candidates developed in an open and constructive dialogue climate, enhancing different skills, experiences and visions.
A shared synthesis emerged from this process, which led to the definition of a balanced and representative Board of Directors, ready to address the challenges of the next mandate. Among the main objectives is to bring innovation and courage to the category, working for a full social and legislative recognition of the role of the sports manager.
A commitment that the association feels with particular responsibility towards the new generations, as a true mission. In the course of the mandate will be activated thematic working groups, with ample design autonomy, to develop concrete strategic lines and contribute in a structured way to the growth of the sector.
Among the priorities, the presentation to the institutions of a bill dedicated to the figure of the sports manager. Pagliara also announced that this will be its last mandate, in line with a vision of governance oriented to the replacement and the valorization of new energies. “We must, together, give centrality and dignity to the role of the sports manager. But we must deserve it, promoting skills and the revolution of merit,” Pagliara concluded.
In addition to the president of Msa the new Board of Directors will be formed by Anna Rita Balzani, Valerio Bernabó, Giacomo Esposito, Daniela Isetti, Andrea Lazzaro, Matteo Schiavone, Achille Sette and Roberto Venturini. The Collegio dei Probiviri instead will be formed by Vincenzo Corso, Francesco De Nardo and Paolo Fuggetta.
