FIRENZE (ITALPRESS) – “This 2026 we face it with determination, we must be very lucid.” The general manager of Fiorentina, Alessandro Ferrari, in an interview published on the official website purple, traces the path to follow in the new year, with the team that finds itself struggling not to reverse. “It’s a time where we have to make all of us aware of the situation in which we are, where we must absolutely carry a change of course and embark on a new path – Ferrari added – A situation that we are facing however with the Com mission family: the president is always close to us. What we have to do, and what we are doing, is to continue working day after day to bring Florence and Fiorentina back to the greatness they deserve and reverse the course. We must start with a new year and with new results.” The purple dg still sees a trend reversal, net of the results that place Fiorentina at the last place in the standings. “Since Mister Vanoli has arrived there are definitely situations that have improved – Ferrari explained -, the numbers say it, I do not say it: the Fiorentina has climbed, for example, in the fifth place for created occasions or possession ball. So the numbers are giving us reason but now beyond the numbers you have to put in the field also the results and we must all be exclusively focused on this.”.
