FIRENZE (ITALPRESS) – At the dawn of 13 January 2026 men of the Nucleo Investigativo of Florence and the Carabinieri Company of Pontassieve, on order of the Procura of the Republic of Florence that conducts the investigations, gave execution to two measures of arrest of the indigent of the crime emitted against two Florentines – a man (52 years) and a woman (59 years) – accused of contest.
According to the patiently reconstructed in the course of complex investigations of traditional, technical, scientific, as well as extensive through instruments of international judicial and police cooperation to the countries of Germany and Georgia, reaching the identification and escussion of more than one hundred and forty witness sources, the above scenario would actually constitute the result of a messincene specially conceived by the two stops: man as an creator, organizer and sender; the woman as the organizer and material executor of the crime.
In particular, the man – who had known the victim in 2016 submitting it immediately, in order to subtract them money, to a long process of affective manipulation culminated with the induction to conception, through heterologous ovodonation, of a son born in 2025 – availing himself in the organizational and executive phase of the accomplice, would have conceived, planned and organized the crime from a long time before its execution.
After having purchased – just a month after the birth of the son – five insurance policies on Ludwig’s life by pouring the first half-yearly rata and agreeing with a special triple clause of the amount insured in case of death due to road accident (for a total compensation of more than three million euros), during a tourist stay specially organized with the reassuring involvement of the parents, the man would have convinced the victim to carry out a walk.
On the morning of 2 July, after having occultly administered a massive dose of benzodiazepinic hypnotic, the man would come out of scene entrusting the execution phase to the accomplice, which transported the victim into a state of semi-consciousness on board his own car until reaching a part of the isolated road on Mount Falterona, dumped the body on the edge of the road would simulate him repeatedly to the head with a big rock sormon.
At the same time as the captures, in the more of the conduction of the stops at the prisons of Sollicciano, the military have given course to extensive search for domicile, local and computer systems – also under a consultant of the Florentine work, investigated for contest in insurance fraud as it would help the stopped in the identification of the insurance companies and the agents to address for the stipulation of the policies – in order to obtain the attention of the pollutants. In the articulated provisional framework of prosecution hypotheses, inquiries are challenged, in various ways, even crimes of aggravated abuse against family members, aggravated fraud and insurance fraud.
