Fondoprofessioni, ready 8.6 million for 2025

ROME (ITALPRESS) – Fondoprofessioni, the interprofessional fund for continuing education in professional firms and companies, has allocated 8.6 million euros for the year 2025. This budget will be used to finance training plans aimed at developing and updating the skills of employees in firms and companies. “We have already published the first three 2025 calls for proposals, approved by our Board of Directors on Dec. 19, with a total budget of 4 million euros,” explained Marco Natali, president of the Fund. “In January we have already planned to publish two more calls for proposals, putting nearly 2 million euros on the line. Over the course of 2025 the different calls will be opened, completing the allocation of the 8.6 million euros initially planned but likely to be increased. The first three notices published concern the financing of training courses for multiple employees of the individual firm/company (Notice 01/25), catalog courses (Notice 02/25) and highly personalized interventions (Notice 04/25). Notices coming in January are expected to cover the financing of multi-company training interventions (Notice 03/25) and pathways aimed at firms accessing the New Skills Fund (Notice 06/25).
