For Adler Spa Resort Sicily 2024 positive balance sheet

SICULIANA (AGRIGENTO) (ITALPRESS) – It’s January but it feels like August, with tourists sunbathing and swimming. More than positive results for the 2024 season of the Adler Spa Resort Sicilia, and excellent forecasts for 2025, the year of Agrigento Capital of Culture.
The 90-room resort, bordering the Torre Salsa nature reserve, is 90 percent full with one day to go before its scheduled closure on Jan. 6. The 2025 season will officially kick off Feb. 13, a week earlier than last year.
Several new changes are on the way. Deseasonalization continues to be the key word for the Alto Adige group that landed three years ago in Sicily with a 45 million euro investment that has created 170 jobs and is opening new horizons for tourism development in the area.
“It has been a satisfactory season from all points of view, both in terms of the occupancy levels in the facility, which have been very high from the opening day, practically from February 22, until the closure that will take place in a couple of days. So on Jan. 6, we end the 2024 season with an extremely satisfactory result, thanks to an increasingly strong and increasingly trained team made up of local guys,” says Adler Spa Resort Sicilia director Sami Aglietti.
“2025 will officially open its doors on February 13 with an additional week earlier opening than 2024, so we will be able to guarantee eleven months of the season. This is another important challenge for us but at the same time,” Aglietti continues, “for the whole tourism sector and for the territory, which in the year of Agrigento Capital of Culture will hopefully succeed in being a reference point for southern Italy.
“Expectations are very high and the new season,” he explains, “will open with many new features, including the implementation of the medical, a new department within our wellness center where, together with our doctor, we will be able to offer more excellent services to our guests. Thanks go to all the staff of the Adler Spa Resort Sicilia, but also to all the entities and various figures in the Agrigento area who have supported us to make this 2024 a memorable year. We expect further satisfaction and great successes this year as well.”
Overlooking the sea, the Adler Spa Resort Sicilia is located in the municipality of Siculiana, near the Torre Salsa Oriented Nature Reserve and has beach access about 300 meters from the facility. It has 90 rooms – divided into 74 Junior Suites and 16 Family Suites – all with private terraces built and furnished with natural materials. With extensive wellness & spa center (about 3200 square meters including pools, saunas and relaxation areas), it offers a wide range of spa programs such as thalassotherapy and volcanic applications. Mediterranean-inspired cuisine emphasizes local ingredients, reinterpreted in a new, light and gourmet way. A varied program of outdoor and indoor proposals in all seasons completes the offer.
