ROME (ITALPRESS) – Intecs, a high-tech engineering company, announces a new organization and rationalization of all its activities focused on the aerospace, defense, rail, transportation, smart system and fintech sectors and a new governance structure. In fact, the BoD resolved to start the process that will lead to the reorganization of activities into three macro-divisions. General Manager Massimo Mannori, appointed in October last year, who is in charge, presented the plan. The operation, which is consistent with the strategic objectives of the 2025-2028 plan, enables further simplification of Intecs’ operational structure and aligns the business structure with industry best practices.
The BoD also resolved that Executive Chairman Giuseppe Ciongoli will also assume all delegated powers as chief executive officer. Annalisa Franciosi, who submitted her resignation as CEO of the company at the same meeting, will retain the position of Cfo. “I am extremely pleased to enjoy the trust of Intecs’ shareholders, a necessary condition to lead the company along a path of sustainable growth, thanks to the development of new products, economic-financial consolidation and an increase in the order book,” Ciongoli said. Massimo Mannori, for his part, emphasized that “the company’s focus has always been and will remain high technology: today with the new organization we want to evolve Intecs from a service company into an engineering company increasingly focused on products, from which a large part of the turnover will come. We are absolutely confident that also thanks to the new organizational and governance structure we will have a robust growth of the business and of our company.”
