MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The former Security Officer of the Municipality of Voghera, Massimo Adriatici, was first sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Tribunal of Pavia for voluntary murder, in relation to the murder with a gunshot, of Youns El Boussettaoui, which took place in 2021.
Adriatic will also have to pay a compensation of 90 thousand euros to each of the two parents of man, and 50 thousand euros to each of his four brothers. Defender lawyers asked Adriatic to be acquitted for legitimate defense.
