ROME (ITALPRESS) – The Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, on the instructions of Minister Adolfo Urso, has authorized the extraordinary commissioners of Acciaierie d’Italia in AS and ILVA in Extraordinary Administration to start preferential negotiations with the Azerbaijani consortium led by Baku Steel Company (BSC) and Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABDF). Mimit’s go-ahead comes following the request received on March 21 from the two commissioner trios of Acciaierie d’Italia in AS and ILVA in AS and the favorable opinion given by the Supervisory Committee.
