ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Ministry of Environment and Energy Security finances more than 297 million euros of efficiency and sustainability in Italian public buildings: from the installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems to heat pumps, from hybrid solutions to high efficiency fixtures, to new lighting systems. The call “Comuni per la Sostenibilità e l’Efficienza Energetica 2025” ended with the exhaustion of the available plafond, for a total of 1522 applications admitted and financed. “It is a result – notes Minister Gilberto Pichetto – who tells the success of this instrument and the interest found at the administrations, who want to focus on efficiency as a path of redevelopment and energy saving.” After a first approval of 1119 design instances, for 221,8 million euros, a new directory decree of 20 January, currently undergoing registration to the control bodies, will allow to recompose further 403 applications submitted, for 75.4 million.
The “C.S.E. 2025” is managed by the Programmes and Financial Incentives management of MASE and funded to apply on the 2014-2020 Complementary Operating Programme. 345 are in Calabria, 326 in Campania, 282 in Sicily and 161 in Puglia. In compliance with the breakdown provided by the OPC, a share of 80% of the resources was allocated to the buildings of these regions. The design presented by the Italian municipalities mainly focused on the creation of transparent locks with frames and solar shielding systems (41,68% of instances) and heat pump systems for air conditioning with connected services (25,89%).
