ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Volodymyr Zelensky is willing to announce a plan for presidential elections and a referendum on a potential peace agreement with Russia on February 24, the fourth anniversary of the invasion. This is the “Financial Times”, which cites Ukrainian and European officials involved in the process. The elections are an explicit request from the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
