Government, unlocked 99% of allocated resources

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Unlocked 99.2% of resources allocated by the Meloni Government. This is the thirteenth report on the monitoring of legislative and implementing measures by the Meloni Government with updating at 31 December 2025. The rate of adoption of implementing decrees is “at maximum from the beginning of legislation: the number of decrees adopted exceeds 1,000′′.

On 31 December 2025, the Meloni government adopted altogether “1.077 implementing decrees, of which: 794 provided for by own initiative provisions and 283 referred to measures inherited from the previous legislation.

Also at 31 December 2025, 99.2% of the resources allocated for the 2022-2025 years are available, for a total of approximately 292.4 billion euros, to which are added 9,3 billion unlocked by the adoption of measures of the last legislature. In total, the Meloni Government has made usable approximately 301,7 billion euros.

At 82% the percentage of legislative acts of government initiative entered into force in the quarter without reference to subsequent implementing decrees, highlighting the constant and progressive commitment of the Government to immediately make the measures adopted.

The rate of adoption of implementing decrees rises to 68.7%, the highest value since the beginning of the legislature. The total stock of the decrees still to be adopted falls to 490 units.
Particularly significant is the financial resources data: the rate of implementation of the decrees that unlock funds equal to or greater than 10 million euros reaches 79.1%, compared with 62.6% of those that do not provide financial resources.

Among the main implementing measures adopted in the quarter:
Breakdown of the Fund provided for the financing of investments and infrastructure development of the Country, totalling 18.4 billion; Identification of telemedicine performance for the elderly; Breakdown of the national fund for live entertainment for financing urban theatre, social theatre, events, festivals and festivals; Breakdown of the fund for the opening of new libraries on the territory by young people up to 35 years of age.”
