ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The judges of the Court of Cassation have sentenced to 10 years, 11 months and 25 days Gabriel Christian Natale Hjorth, the American citizen involved in the murder of Vicebrigadier Mario Cerciello Rega, killed in Rome in July 2019.
The judges declared inadmissible the use of the defence in respect of the penalty, while they annulled again on the point of the aggravating for civil profiles alone.
