ROME (ITALPRESS) – Honda is revamping the Vision 110, a scooter that has posted cumulative sales of 105,000 units in its 14 years of existence. Though designed to be a simple and easy-to-ride vehicle, it does not hide the quality and personality typical of Honda scooters. In the styling, the influence of the SH family is evident. The aesthetics enhance lines with a dynamic character and clean, elegant surfaces, perfect for an urban scooter to be used every day and on every occasion. And that’s precisely why the Vision 110 boasts an upright seat, a practical flat footboard and is equipped with an impressive 17.7-liter under-seat compartment. The Smart Key is a nice standard plus: kept conveniently in your pocket, it allows you to control the contact switch and the opening/closing of compartments, for added convenience in support of hectic city life. The analog instrument cluster includes an instantly readable Lcd display. A convenient Usb-C socket has been added for 2025 so you can keep your devices charged. The single-shaft (SOHC) eSP (enhanced Smart Power), 2-valve, electronically injected, air-cooled 109 cc engine is lightweight (only 22 kg), robust and efficient. It delivers a power output of 8.7 hp (6.4 kW) at 7,500 rpm, with maximum torque of 9.0 Nm at 5,750 rpm. The bore and stroke measure 47 x 63.1 mm with a compression ratio of 10:1. For 2025, the Vision’s eSP engine gains Euro5+ homologation, thanks to a new O2 sensor located downstream of the catalytic converter and new ECU operating parameters. Very easy to handle, the engine delivers consistently quick and brilliant throttle response, perfect for the urban environment. Fuel consumption stands at 52.6 km/l in the average WMTC cycle. Thanks to the 4.9-liter fuel tank, the overall range is almost 260 km. The engine architecture incorporates a number of friction-reducing technologies, such as the use of double-toothed belts. The electronically controlled, brushless ACG starter motor is an integrated component, mounted directly on the end of the crankshaft, which is activated during starting and as an alternator. It acts directly on the crankshaft, eliminating noise from normal gears and thus making possible the efficient and quiet start&stop system. The lightweight state-of-the-art eSAF (enhanced Smart Architecture Frame) frame, constructed of laser-welded pressed steel, offers excellent handling as well as great stability, ride comfort and strength. The strong telescopic fork is matched by an efficient rear shock absorber. Die-cast aluminum sport wheels 16 inches at the front and 14 inches at the rear mount 80/90-16 M/C 43P tires at the front and 90/90-14 M/C 46P at the rear. The 220-mm front disc brake is combined with a 130-mm rear drum in a CBS (Combined Braking System) configuration, ensuring evenly distributed braking force at all times when acting on the rear brake alone, particularly useful in emergency braking. In addition to the confirmed Pearl Jupiter Gray and Matt Galaxy Black Metallic colors, the two new, modern colors Pearl Snowflake White and Candy Luster Red are added.(ITALPRESS).-Photo: Honda press office-.
