From January 23 to 26, Chef Paolo Amadori, accompanied by his Sous Chef Marco Mariani, will propose a real journey along the Peninsula to present some great DOP and IGP certified products. Famous ingredients such as Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, Speck Alto-Adige IGP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Prosciutto di Parma DOP will be revealed through unique dishes capable of combining creativity and authenticity. Each recipe will tell a story, that of a national cuisine composed of many regional cuisines, in which tradition dialogues with modernity.Sirha Lyon 2025 is part of a precise strategy undertaken by Agenzia ICE with the aim of promoting Italian specialties at the main French distribution channels, which are particularly attentive to the tradition and novelties of our territories.
