Hyundai at CES 2026 will launch AI-based robotics strategy

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Hyundai Motor Group has anticipated the contents of its imminent participation in CES 2026, where it will reveal its strategy “AI Robotics Strategy”. With the theme “Partnering Human Progress”, the Group will illustrate the developments of robotic technology based on artificial intelligence, within its network of shared skills, and will align strategies to accelerate the marketing of this innovation by focusing on man-robot collaboration and Group-level technological integration.

At CES 2026, Boston Dynamics will show the public the new Atlas robot, bringing it out of its laboratories for the first time. The new generation of this robot is a concrete step towards the marketing of IA robotics, underlining the Group’s commitment to the development of safe and adaptable robotics solutions. The Group will launch its strategic learning, training and development plans in the field of AI robotics, using its network and the Software-Defined Factory (SDF) approach. The SDF approach of Hyundai Motor Group includes both an innovative production strategy and a state-of-the-art smart factory managed by data and software, which maximizes flexibility and agility of the entire production process, laying the foundations of manufacturing innovation.

The Group intends to manage the entire value chain, from the development of AI robotics to learning, to training and operations, thanks to the use of integrated capabilities ranging from robotic components to logistics and software. From January 6th to 9th, visitors will be able to access the Hyundai Motor Group immersive equipment dedicated to the real applications of IA robotics technologies. Experience will include interactive scenarios that illustrate the positive impact of IA robotics in working environments and daily life, but also a reconstruction of the Group’s robotic research environment to involve visitors in innovation aimed at progress for humanity.
