Hyundai unveils Ioniq 3 at Milan Design Week with “Unfold Stories”

MILANO (ITALPRESS) – Hyundai presents “Unfold Stories”, the installation with which it participates in the Milan Design Week 2026, transforming the spaces of Torneria Tortona in an immersive path dedicated to the evolution of the design of the brand. The exhibition, open until 26 April, accompanies visitors on an interactive journey between creativity, materials and innovation, culminating in the worldwide unveiling of the new IONIQ 3, compact sedan of the electric range. The installation tells the creative process Hyundai through interconnected environments. From the “Art of Steel Exterior Space”, where the shapes come to life from matter according to the principle “From Paper to Steel”, to the “Furnished Interior Space”, which focuses on human experience, comfort and relationship between light, materials and proportions. An approach that reflects the vision of the brand: a design thought not only as an aesthetic expression, but as an element capable of improving the quality of mobility. The presence at the Milan Design Week also represents a tribute to the dialogue with European creativity, begun in 1974 with Giorgetto Giugiaro and the Hyundai Pony Coupè, and today reinterpreted in a contemporary way. The exhibition is enriched by workshops with Hyundai designers, offering visitors a direct experience of the design principles of the brand.Final protagonist is IONIQ 3, which embodies the “Art of Steel” philosophy with clean lines, decisive proportions and distinctive details such as the Parametric Pixel, luminous signature of the range. The interiors, conceived as a “furnished space”, recall the aesthetics of the 1970s and focus on comfort, flexibility and centrality of the user. With “Unfold Stories”, Hyundai confirms the role of design as a strategic lever to tell the future of mobility, combining technological innovation, aesthetic research and attention to the experience of people.
