ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport announces that in February 2026 157,334 cars were registered in front of the 137.965 registered inscriptions in the same month of the previous year, equal to an increase of 14,04%.
Property transfers were 513.810 compared to 498.103 passages recorded in February 2025, with an increase of 3.15%. The total volume of monthly sales, equal to 671.144, has affected 23,44% new cars and 76,56% used cars.
The registrations represent the results of the National Archive of Vehicles at 28.02.2026, while the data relating to ownership transfers refer to the certifications issued by the Motorization Offices in February 2026.
