ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Milan will host the Third International Tourism Forum, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism, on 23 and 24 January 2026. “This edition will focus on the subject of undertourism – the minister Santanchè emphasises – with the aim of involving the mayors of small towns with a tourist vocation. Analyses and strategies will be discussed to promote less-known destinations and promote the exchange of good practices.”.
The forum, organized in collaboration with Enit Spa, will offer a wide scope of comparison on seasonalization and management of tourist flows. The integrated promotion strategies between consolidated destinations and developing territories will also be deepened. The dialogue will see the involvement of mayors, industry operators, trade associations and institutions, with particular attention to the directors of the territories that address the major criticalities in the management of flows. The goal is to promote a collaborative comparison that also looks at the great opportunities arising from the upcoming Milan-Cortina Olympics.
