Inps, digital vademecum for young people living abroad

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Excerpt of contributions, international contribution statement and contributions paid abroad. These are the three basic services for young people working in other countries. To get them to know the INPS has made a video guide. This initiative, in line with the project “INPS per i Giovani”, aims to promote the diffusion, in the new generations, of social culture, in order to allow them to make better choices with awareness for the construction of a solid social position. The digital vademecum promotes the dissemination of information on the main issues of social security, in view of the current context characterized by an increasing mobility of workers, both within and outside Europe, and the fragmentation of careers.

In particular, the vademecum illustrates how to view in the pay account extract the periods matured also abroad, through the application of international contribution extract, and provides useful information for the purpose of international totalization with the countries applying the EU Regulations and with the non-EU countries agreed with Italy. The videoguide, implemented in implementation of the Management Guidelines 2025_22 “Initiatives on social culture addressed to the new generations”, from the Central Directions Pensions, Education and Academy INPS and Communication, in implementation of the ESDPCP MI.70 30, is an instrument for promoting social culture also among Italian citizens resident abroad, recipients of the Intesa INPS-MAECI Protocol, signed on 27 May The project is based, in fact, on the awareness that knowing security today is a step towards a safer tomorrow. The vademecum, in video format, will be available through the YouTube INPS channel, the LinkedIn INPS_official profile and the WhatsApp INPS channel for everyone. It will be possible to view the account extract with the working periods carried out abroad, through the application of international contributions, to have all the useful information for the international totalization of contributions with the Countries that apply the EU Regulations and with the non-EU countries agreed with Italy. Working abroad does not imply the waiver of contributions made outside Italy.
