ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The State Police have made an order of the measure of the precautionary custody in prison, issued by the gip of Rome at the request of the Procura, towards an Italian citizen investigated in order to the crimes of “detention of material with purpose of terrorism”, ” aggravated and permanent injuries to the face” and “violence and resistance aggravated to the official public”.
The restrictive measure, read in a note, was issued at the conclusion of a complex investigation activity coordinated by the Procura Capitolina and conducted by the Digos of the Questura of Rome, following the wounding to the face of the Vice Director of the Digos of Rome, occurred during an anarchist demonstration held in the Capital on 18 April, during which moments of tension were recorded.
The subsequent investigations, at the end of the investigation, allowed “to acquire elements that have highlighted the presence, in electronic devices in use, of materials containing instructions on the preparation of ordnances and/or in any case related techniques for the sabotage of essential public services such as railway circulation and penitentiary institutions”.
