TEHERAN (IRAN) (ITALPRESS) – Iranian security forces arrested the Nobel Peace Prize Narges Mohammadi and many other activists during a funeral ceremony in the north-eastern city of Mashhad. This is reported by Iran International, citing Iranian human rights groups. The Narges Mohammadi Foundation said that Mohammadi was arrested today while attending the mourning ceremony on the seventh day of Khosrow Alikordi, an important lawyer for human rights whose recent death attracted public anger. The Foundation added that even the activists Sepideh Gholian, Hasti Amiri, Pouran Nazemi, Alieh Motalebzadeh and many others were arrested during the ceremony.
