ROME (ITALPRESS) – Luca Dal Fabbro, chairman of the Iren Group has received the “100 Italian Excellencies” award promoted by the Liber association under the patronage of the Prime Minister’s Office and 11 ministries. The award honors those whose talent and commitment continue to bring prestige to Italy in the world and shape the country’s future. Among the reasons for the award, presented at the Sala Regina in Montecitorio, was the constant focus on sustainability and the circular economy and the ability to carry out innovative and strategic projects and investments for the country’s future. “This recognition further enhances my commitment and that of the Iren Group as a leader in the energy transition,” Dal Fabbro said. “Solid realities like Iren have the potential to improve our system, our cities and our lives. As a Group, through the work of development and research on critical raw materials, for example, we are establishing in Italy a new paradigm of sustainability that can make our country a highly competitive reality from an industrial point of view and independent from abroad,” he added. A special feature of the ceremony is the participation of an Honor Committee, composed of representatives from institutions, academia and industry.
