ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Israeli defense forces (Idf) bombed the north of the Gaza Strip after Palestinian militiamen shot the military, seriously wounding an officer.
The army reports it, according to which the troops of Brigade Alexandroni were struck by several armed men during operations on the Israeli side of the yellow line that divides the enclave between the areas controlled by Israel and Hamas.
In response, the army states that tanks opened fire against armed men and that air attacks were also carried out. The Idfs claim that the incident is a “paint violation” of ceasefire.
Palestinian media reported at least ten deaths in Israeli attacks in Gaza at night.
