ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The intensive Israeli raids on Beirut carried out in the night by the Israeli Air Force caused eleven deaths and over 30 wounded, reports the Lebanese Ministry of Health. In addition to the bombings on the southern outskirts of Beirut, the Dahyeh, stronghold of Hezbollah, an Israeli drone hit a car in Ramlet el-Baida, on the seafront of the capital, became refuge of the displaced, killing eight people and foeing 31. The Israeli army said it hit ten buildings in 30 minutes. South of the capital, in the district of Aley, the Israeli army then bombed Aramoun twice. These raids, according to the Ministry of Health, killed three people and wounded a child. In southern Lebanon, attacks targeted areas at Bin Jbeil, Nabatiyeh, Marjeyoun, Tiro and Sidon, killing five people.
The Iranian Proxy Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for two attacks against the north of Israel in the last hours, following the launch of dozens of rockets at night, in particular towards the headquarters of the special naval mission unit “Shayetet 13”, also known as “Flottiglia 13”, located in Atlit, south of Haifa. Atlit is located on the Israeli coast, about 50 kilometers south of the border between Israel and Lebanon in line of air. In the attack, at 4:10 on Thursday morning, “precision tapes” were used. The Shiite party also announced that it launched a “suicide drone strike” on the “Meron Air Operation Monitoring Base”, less than 10 kilometers from the border. This attack “has damaged one of the radars of the base”. On Israeli media there is no confirmation of what Hezbollah said.
DANNI AI CENTRI MEDICI DI TEHERAN
The Iranian press agency Tasnim reported that an attack with drones attributed to Israel struck the city of Fardis, in the province of Alborz (West of Tehran), causing the death of a civilian and the wounding of other people. According to the agency’s note, the raid has caused victims among the civilian population living near the site hit, without providing at the moment a detailed budget of the injured or additional target specifications (possibly an oil deposit or related infrastructure, as indicated by parallel sources). The episode is part of the ongoing US-Israel air raid against Iran, which has already hit several central and western provinces, including Alborz, with damage to energy and military infrastructure. At the same time, citing the governor of the province of Tehran, the Mehr agency said that at least 12 medical centers and health facilities in the capital suffered significant damage due to the “American-Zionist aggression”. The Iranian authorities denounce that attacks have hit hospitals and care centers, aggravating the humanitarian crisis in a context of escalation that lasts for days, with thousands of total civilian casualties according to official sources of Tehran.
Immediate claim has not been given by Israel or the US for the specific attack on Fardis, but the episode is part of the strategy infrastructure and bases for the Revolutionary Guards. The Iranian air defenses remain alert, while rescue operations continue in affected areas. Regional tensions continue to grow, with repercussions on energy and civil infrastructure in Iran and Iranian reprisals towards US and allies in the Gulf.
MOJTABA KHAMENEI FERITO, MA LE SUE CONDIZIONI SONO BUONE
The spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, was involved in an accident that caused injuries, but its health conditions are stable and defined “good”. The official note, spread through Iranian information channels and resumed by Arab broadcasters such as Al Hadath, does not provide specific details about the nature of the incident or the circumstances in which Mojtaba Khamenei’s wound occurred, a prominent figure in the political-religious system of the Islamic Republic and often referred to as a possible successor of the father. So far no further medical information or real-time images or updates have been provided on the conditions of Mojtaba Khamenei. The Iranian authorities maintain a low profile on the affair, while the internal public and regional media closely monitor any development involving the Khamenei family.
