ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Council of Ministers, on a proposal from the Minister for Sports and Young Andrea Abodi, approved, in preliminary examination, a regulation, to be adopted by decree of the President of the Republic, which introduces changes to the decree of the President of the Republic 24 January 2024, n. 23, containing the Statute of the Italian Agency for Youth.
The regulation – explains Palazzo Chigi in a note – redefines the governance of the body, configuring the President as a separate monocratic organ with respect to the Board of Directors (CdA), overcoming the previous formulation that mentioned it exclusively as president of the college. As a result, it is expressly stated that the President must have proven experience in youth policy.
