Italy on Madison 2026, as New York celebrates the excellence of Made in Italy

Italy on Madison returns to New York with its fourth edition, scheduled from 12 to 15 May 2026, confirming itself as one of the most important events for the promotion of Made in Italy in the United States. Designed by the Italian Trade Agency (Italian Trade Agency), the event is once again proposed as a cultural and commercial platform capable of bringing together Italian companies, press, buyers and international public.

More than just a showcase, Italy on Madison presents itself as an immersive experience that involves the senses and tells the Italian identity through six fundamental pillars: fashion, design, footwear and accessories, eyewear, beauty and food & wine. Over one hundred Italian brands will take part in the event, bringing in the heart of Manhattan a contemporary synthesis of tradition, innovation and craftsmanship.

The heart of the event will be a historic townhouse on Madison Avenue, transformed for the occasion into a real Italian stage. Here every environment will become a story: from spaces dedicated to interior design to experiences related to fashion, to food and wine moments that will accompany visitors from the morning express to the evening aperitif. A smooth path that reflects the Italian lifestyle in its most authentic and sophisticated dimension.

“It’s not just a showcase, but a sensorial journey into the soul of Italian excellence,” said Erica Di Giovancarlo, Director of ITA New York. The goal, he explained, is to transform the agency into a dynamic hub for the creative and entrepreneurial New York community, where Made in Italy can be lived in a direct and engaging way.

Also for this edition, the project uses the collaboration of leading figures of the Italian creative panorama. Among these, Gilda Bojardi, director of the magazine Interni and ambassador of Italian design, while the creative direction is entrusted to Paola Navone, internationally renowned designer and founder of the OTTO studio.

The program includes an intense calendar, articulated in various activities designed to promote the interaction and involvement of the public: masterclasses, live demonstrations, tastings and moments of deepening will accompany visitors in a multifaceted story of Italian identity.

In the context of a broader strategy, Italy on Madison is a key tool to strengthen the presence of Italian companies on the US market. Through a careful and multidisciplinary format, the initiative aims to build lasting connections between Italian production excellence and the American public, enhancing not only the products but also the cultural values that make them unique.
