ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The opening event of the “primaries of ideas” was held this morning in Rome in order to bring out the proposals for a new reformist container. The event was opened by Matteo Renzi, who said that “there is no alternative to primary”. “Because the centre-left wins – said the leader of Italia Viva – it is not only necessary to be against Giorgia Meloni but also to bring convincing and reformist ideas for the country.”.
They spoke on stage Giorgio Gori, Marianna Madia, Benedetto Della Vedova, Graziano Delrio, Teresa Bellanova, Alberto de Toni, Lorenza Bonaccorsi, Riccardo Magi, Massimo Ungaro, Alessandro Delli Noci, Fabio Paparelli.
The website www.leprimariedelleidee.it has been presented, where citizens can enter their proposals for the country. The proposals will be drawn up by a Committee of the Garanti, composed of 5 professors and 5 ordinary professors: Tommaso Nannicini (European University Institute), Marilisa D’Amico (University of Milan), Maurizio Del Conte (University Bocconi), Vincenzo Galasso (University Bocconi), Fabrizio Micari (University of Palermo), Paola Piomboni (University of Siena), Stefania Santini (University of Naples Federico II), Maria Cristina Terzaghi (University of Naples).
The Committee of Address – also respectful of gender equality – will be composed by Maria Elena Boschi, Benedetto della Vedova, Alberto de Toni, Maria Pia Garavaglia, Marianna Madia, Tommaso Nannicini, Raffaella Paita, Beppe Sala. The committee will consist of five women and five men, two will remain at the moment not indicated precisely for the will that this is an open container. In September, the ideas gathered will be presented and made available to the Central Left coalition.
