MIAMI (UNITED STATES) (ITALPRESS) – Jaguar continuing its brand transformation process, After debuting its new brand identity, it unveiled the Type 00, the embodiment of the Jaguar brand’s new Exuberant Modernism creative philosophy. The world premiere of the design vision concept at Miami Art Week, with South Florida becoming the nerve center of the art world for six days, anticipates what we can expect from Jaguar and its revival of founder Sir William Lyons’ original “Copy Nothing” dogma. The Type 00 is an example of Jaguar at its best. An indomitable assertion. An object of desire. A concept with bold shapes and exuberant proportions that will inspire Jaguars of the future. The visionary design defies electric vehicle conventions, with an elongated hood, a wide roofline, a fastback profile and 23-inch alloy wheels that shape a spectacular silhouette. The Type 00 showcases Jaguar’s vibrant new identity. Symbols of change highlight the transformation, drawing inspiration from the brand’s rich heritage, including the “leaper,” the treasured jaguar that underscores the marque of origin.The Type 00 features flowing surfaces with the glassless tailgate, and the panoramic glass roof harmonized with the bodywork, create a sculptural feel. It was presented in two colors, named Miami Pink and London Blue; the former reflecting the iconic Art Deco ambience of the place of its first appearance, the latter referring to its British heritage. Jaguar’s global re-emergence at Miami Art Week underscores its intent to be as close to and supportive of the art world as possible, in a celebration of British creativity and artists. The first production car of this new era will be a four-door electric GT, to be unveiled in late 2025 and built in the UK.
