TURIN (ITALPRESS) – After the success of the New Lancia Ypsilon Edizione Cassina, the result of the collaboration between two excellences of Made in Italy, the bond between Lancia and Cassina is renewed on the occasion of Milan Design Week 2025, the prestigious event scheduled from April 7 to 13 in the Lombard capital.

Underpinning the partnership is the sharing of core values for both brands that are leaders in their respective fields of activity, Automotive and Interior Design, such as being Italian, a commitment to research, innovation, and attention to the environment.

The alchemy of these elements has resulted in the exclusive Nuova Ypsilon Edizione Cassina in which comfort, elegance and attention to detail come together in a sophisticated vision of design. Throughout the period of Design Week 2025, Lancia is providing Cassina with an exclusive courtesy car service carried out with three examples of the Nuova Ypsilon Edizione Cassina.

The cars will also be used by guests and dignitaries for transfers between the Cassina Store Milano and the Giorgio Gaber Opera House, where the Staging Modernity project, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the production of the Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand® Collection edited by Cassina, will take place.

A genuine manifesto of Italian comfort and elegance, the New Ypsilon Edizione Cassina is distinguished on the outside by its attractive Blu Lancia livery, while on the inside every detail has been taken care of to create a welcoming and refined environment. The collaboration with Cassina, in fact, is reflected in the attention to stylistic details, the choice of materials and colors, which accentuate the feeling of being at home wherever you are.

Notable among these elements are the exclusive multifunctional coffee table by Cassina; the Lancia Blue velvet of the heated and massaging seats with a cannelloni weave; and the fine materials developed from a more sustainable perspective and made by revisiting some traditional elements, such as the recycled velvet of the historic “Lancia cloth.”

The New Ypsilon Edizione Cassina, the best-in-class version of the premium B-segment hatchback, which offers 100% electric or hybrid powertrains, putting it at the top of the segment for versatility and efficiency by taking an environmentally conscious approach.

In addition, the top-of-the-line version is the only one in its class to offer Level 2 Autonomous Driving as standard, as well as boasting the S.A.L.A. infotainment system, the virtual, intelligent interface that provides a comfortable and consistent driving experience with Lancia’s effortless technology. Also standard is the large 10.25″ display, the best standard parking aid system and the richest exterior lighting system in technology and scope.

Finally, it should be mentioned that the partnership between Lancia and Cassina goes beyond the creation of this moving work of art. In fact, in the exclusive Casa Lancia, the brand’s renovated dealerships characterized by a new Corporate Identity, the refined furnishings by Cassina stand out, which, together with precious materials and the alternation of light and dark tones, convey to visitors an authentic home feeling, typical of an Italian home. After all, the Lancia Houses are not just showrooms, but real boutiques, where the customer lives an engaging brand experience. All this is enhanced by the natural light that passes through the large windows of the structure, highlighting the cars on display, as if they were beautiful sculptures to be admired in every detail.
