Lancia Ypsilon blows out 40 candles

TURIN (ITALPRESS) – From the debut of the Y10 in 1985 to the New Ypsilon, the Lancia model has spanned 40 years of history, winning over more than three million motorists with 36 special series and five generations.

Having become a true brand within a brand, thanks to a strong and recognizable identity, the iconic car has always combined timeless design, refined interiors and technological innovation. The baton has been picked up by the New Ypsilon, the first model of Lancia’s new era, which elevates the concept of the premium compact city car, combining elegance, advanced technology and sustainability to meet the needs of an increasingly modern and connected mobility.

Equipped with a sophisticated interior, Level 2 autonomous driving technology and the revolutionary S.A.L.A. system, the New Ypsilon is best-in-class in the premium B hatchback segment.

With the new Ypsilon Rally4 HF and the unreleased Lancia Trophy, the brand celebrates its sporting heritage while bringing a high-performance car to the road with the 280-hp Ypsilon HF, due mid-year.

The new model has inaugurated the renewed 160 Casa Lancia in Italy and is accompanying the opening of 70 new showrooms in Europe by 2025. Until March 31, with scrappage and Stellantis Financial Services financing, the New Ypsilon Hybrid is offered at a promotional price of 19,900 euros.
