CASERTA (ITALPRESS) – In the morning of today, escorted by staff of the International Police Cooperation Service, are landed at Fiumicino Airport, two Albanian cousins of 50 and 47 years respectively affected by order of custody in prison since severely suspected of murder crimes and attempted murder and irreperible since 1999. The two, led in prison also thanks to the collaboration with the Police of Frontier, were part of the project “Wanted 2025” of the State Police and at the end of a tight investigation, lasting about a year, led by the Mobile Team of Caserta, the Central Operational Service of the State Police and the Service for International Police Cooperation, coordinated by the Attorney General of the Republic of Naples – Office Penal Executions, were located on that territory Albanian. The two, identified as a result of the investigations coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, were sought for the murder and wounding, which occurred in Cesa (CE) in 1999, of two compatriots for reasons relating to the division of proceeds of unlawful activity.

The victims were brutally assaulted in the city center with sticks and cutting weapons. Immediately after the murder, the two leaders fled, losing their tracks and using false identities to reach Albania. Traced in the city of Didier in Albania, where they had fled in 1999 in an attempt to escape the capture, they were arrested with the collaboration of the Albanian Criminal Police Department and the Office of the Security Expert in Albania, as a result of the internationalization measures issued by the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of Naples.
