The new app allows customers to view information related to their contract, with the ability to monitor deadlines, kilometers driven and vehicle status directly from a smartphone, as well as download insurance certificates and access forms or request rescue and assistance in case of emergency.My-Leasys app also facilitates the management of services in self-care mode, allowing access to various features. In the event of a breakdown, it is possible to send a call for service to the breakdown service and consult the map to locate the nearest service center. In the event of an accident or theft, the application allows you to report the event in a few steps and activate, if necessary, the operations center to recover the vehicle. It is also possible to request assistance and receive support from Customer Care operators, keep an eye on the accounting situation at all times and, should mobility needs change, add new services to your rental contract by accessing dedicated offers. Finally, if the rental contract is nearing expiration, one can request a contract extension or make a simulation of the purchase value directly from the app.Leasys’ digitalization journey will continue in 2025, when the My-Leasys app will undergo further evolution, highlighting the centrality of the customer in its business that will continue to be the company’s focus in the coming year.
