GENOVA (ITALPRESS) – The delicate pre-Epiphany salvation clash between Genoa and Pisa ends in parity. At Ferraris, the 1-1 final comes at the end of a balanced match, very fought, but counted by numerous technical errors. Everything happens during the first fraction: the initial advantage of Colombo, Leris, former Sampdoria answered. The second time is poor in emotions and played in low intensity. Despite a quality of play not excelled by the two teams, in the first time there are no opportunities for goals. At 6′ the first call of the game is Leris, whose throw from the limit turns the pole to the right of Leali. Genoa is not looking and, at 12′, Vitinha commits Semper with a round conclusion. Three minutes later, the Grifone takes advantage of a fine game by Colombo, completely reborn under the De Rossi management. After a beautiful oriented control, the left of the Milan fulmina Semper’s ownership tip and sticks to the corner. The 1-0 immediately, however, does not discourage the Pisa that manages to put the formation of home in affix. Among the Nerazzurri rows the most dangerous man is Leris who at 33′ hits the cross. At 38′ the Algerian ex Sampdoria is still protagonist and realizes the 1-1 on development of punishment beat by Angori: the fortuitous clash in the area between Leali and Vasquez is decisive to free the mirror of the door.
Compared to the first fraction, the rhythms of the game are lowered and the two formations struggle to build balls goals. At 56′ he tries Thorsby’s head, but his attempt is paradoxed by a reactive Semper. De Rossi wants the three points and tries to increase the offensive weight of the team, also inserting Ekhator and asking Vitinha to sacrifice himself as a halfway. The reddish, however, continue not to shine and risk to suffer another goal at 80’ on the walled attempt of Piccinini in the small area. In the final practically nothing happens and the hosts come out of the field with part of the audience that noises dissatisfied. The point is little for both Genoa and Pisa. De Rossi’s boys stay fourteen, at 15, and won’t win from four games. For the Pisa penultimate with 12 points, instead, the fast from the three points lasts from well seven matches: the bench of Gilardino remains strongly in the balance.
