MILAN (ITALPRESS) – In the morning of December 23, the Carabinieri of the Company of Legnano gave execution to an order of application of precautionary measure of house arrests, issued by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Busto Arsizio against a citizen of Peruvian origins, 46 years old, resident in Parabiago (MI), for mistreatment and sexual violence committed against some guests of a RSA of that same town.
The measure originates from an investigation carried out by the Operational Section of the NOR of Legnano and directed by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Busto Arsizio, resulting from a complaint submitted to the carabinieri in last October by some family members of an elderly woman living in that healthcare facility.
In the circumstances, the relatives reported that, over the last few months, they had repeatedly found on the elderly, 82-year-old completely non-self-sufficient, signs attributable to possible episodes of physical violence. After the first verifications, a more articulated investigative activity was started, including technical activities carried out within the healthcare structure.
The results of the investigation allowed an investigation of exceptional seriousness to emerge, finding strong clues to a health care worker, dependent on the structure, who would be responsible, on several occasions, of conduct of sexual violence and mistreatment towards two guests of the structure.
It also emerged as such conducts occurred, in almost all cases, at times when the investigation was exclusively the presence of offended persons, taking advantage of their total incapacity for self-determination.
