Maserati celebrates 2025 in the name of inclusion and enhancement female talent

MODENA (ITALPRESS) – A 2025 full of successful projects and initiatives towards an inclusive business culture, which have strengthened the leading role of the Maserati Women’s Business Resource Group (BRG Donna), the internal community born to enhance the female talent and promote professional development in an open, international and multicultural environment. “From the rest – Maserati explains in a note –, in recent years the Trident House has seen the female presence grow significantly in key positions and in its Board, confirming a clear direction towards more balanced and representative leadership models of the wealth of the global organization.” The BRG Maserati Donna is an entirely voluntary initiative, conceived and carried out by employees from different functions, countries and backgrounds. This heterogeneity is the heart of the project, which aims to create awareness, mutual support and opportunities for growth through authentic moments of exchange. Among these the engaging activities carried out during 2025, confirming the vitality of the community. She started in March with the International Women’s Day, which brought together numerous participants for a discussion session culminated in over fifty contributions, and then continued the following month with the Allyship workshop “Through Her Eyes” with the involvement of guests and corporate leadership. In June, it was the turn of the meeting “Breaking Through & Lifting Others – Two Generations, One Journey”, followed by a large number of online participants and included in the project “Inspirational Talks”, i.e. online conversations with speakers from worlds other than automotive, such as music, academic and fashion. In the second half, the event “From Heritage to the Future” organized in September at the Panini Museum has collected several people in an intergenerational dialogue that has interwoven identity, future and belonging, while the membership of the International Day of the Girl Child in October has given voice to various creative contributions. Finally, in November, the workshop dedicated to the topic of the Syndrome Impostor added a further to a wide and attended route. Among the most significant elements of this rich calendar of initiatives signed BRG Maserati Donna is a constant increase of participants in initiatives, with a smooth passage from digital initiatives to those in person. It should also be noted that the growing male involvement, which highlights how the academy is not only an individual act, but an essential indicator of shared cultural evolution.
