Maserati completes GranCabrio range at The I.C.E. St. Moritz

MODENA (ITALPRESS) – The Maserati GranCabrio range is the protagonist at The I.C.E. St. Moritz where, on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025, GranCabrio was unveiled in its new 490-hp version, a powertrain already available on GranTurismo that completes the range, combining the coupé version’s performance and comfort features with the possibility of “open air” driving. Also unveiled was the unique GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE ICE, created by the Maserati Fuoriserie personalization program. The spirit of the open-air “Italian-style granturismo” and the performance typical of the Modenese Brand are the protagonists of an extremely complete offer, the widest ever proposed for the Maserati convertible now available both with the TWIN TURBO thermal engine in the 490hp versions and in the 550hp Trofeo declination, and with the 100% electric Folgore propulsion. In the setting of The I.C.E, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and on Engadine’s most famous frozen lake, the GranCabrio on display features Verde Giada body color, black brake calipers, 20″ (front) and 21″ (rear) wheels with Crio (Imola) diamond cut glossy black design. The interior is ice-colored perforated full-grain leather, with Maserati Trident Logo embroidered on the headrest. Completing the equipment of the model on display – the 19-speaker Sonus Faber high premium audio system – 3D carbon trim and adaptive full LED headlights with dark finish.This version of the GranCabrio is an icon of style and the perfect interpreter of purest performance thanks to sought-after details such as the retractable soft top to enjoy the best open-top experience, space for four real seats with the comfort needed even for long journeys, while the 3.0-liter V6 Neptune Twin Turbo with 490 hp allows the car to reach 300 km/h, with a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 4 seconds. As with the Trofeo, the 490 hp also features standard all-wheel drive (AWD) and air suspension to ensure maximum performance without sacrificing comfort in the full “granturismo” spirit. Dedicated to winter charm, GranCabrio Trofeo ONE of ONE – THE ICE features customized exteriors in a specially created exclusive body color called Ice Liquid tri-coat, a rich and refined tristate that brings to mind the context of the frozen lake on which the car was first unveiled to the public. Completing the exterior are specific badges and contrasting side air intakes in Glossy white finish, as well as forged wheels with Astreo design, matched with gloss blue brake calipers.
