ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “With approval in the Council of Ministers of the Law of Budget 2026, we make an important step to continue to build the future of Italy. It is a serious, balanced and responsible maneuver, from €18.7 billion, which focuses resources on families, work, businesses and health”. He writes on X the President of the Council, Giorgia Meloni. “For the family we allocate 1.6 billion more, with interventions that strengthen the support of birth and protect the first home. For work and wages we hold almost 5 billion, between Irpef cutting for the middle class and measures to increase the accessory wage, support the working mothers and promote contractual renewals. We address about 8 billion investments to companies to support the growth and competitiveness of the production system. For health, in addition to the additional 5 billion already allocated with the previous Budget Law, we hold another 2.4 billion, for a total of 7.4 billion additional resources”.
“In a complex context, we chose to focus resources on what really matters to Italians, keeping the course of financial responsibility.
