Meloni “My coalition more solid than when we started”

ROME (ITALPRESS) – “If we had not spent 120 billion on the Superbonus we would have much more money to put on salaries, health care, families, pensions: however, we have given important signals, particularly on health care on which we aim to further increase resources.” This was stressed by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Tg5. “Raising taxes is a left-wing thing, it is no coincidence that they are asking for capital,” adds Meloni, -My coalition is more solid than when we started two years ago: the compactness of a government can always be seen by the speed with which it works and the consensus it enjoys.

The PM, then, on the alleged dossier, adds, “I have given myself an explanation, I hope the judiciary will give me one as well: there are public and private officials who illegally take information and sell it on the market, we are waiting to find out who they sell it to but presumably there are interests behind it,” stressing how “It is not just politicians who are being spied on, but thousands of people. My life has been scanned and nothing has been found: if I am so dossier it is because there are pressure groups in this country who do not accept having someone in government who cannot be blackmailed and try to get him out of their way by other means.”
