POWER (ITALPRESS) – Today the possibility for students of Basilicata who use the Mensa Ardsu, both at the headquarters of the Campus of Macchia Romana and at the delivery points in catering, to pay their share through app ARDSUpper that can be activated on their smartphone both for operating systems Ios and Android. The Ardsu digitization path adds a further toll that in recent months has already involved the management of scholarships, the storage of the protocol and the activity of the Urp. Developed by In4matic srl, the application introduces the virtual badge on the smartphone, which replaces the old paper and magnetic supports so far in use for access to the canteens of the Lucanian University. The functions of ArdSupper go beyond the simple recognition at the entrance. Through the app students will be able to book meals independently and choose the desired type, with a system that makes it easier to organize the day in advance. Next to the service of canteen, active in the structures of Potenza and Matera, there is also a catering service, designed for those who cannot reach the catering premises.
Also in this case the booking of the meal takes place through the app, with the difference that the meal is delivered directly to the university structures of reference, according to the same modalities already in effect for last year. Growth path also supported by the management of the canteen service, the company Vivenda SpA, which immediately became available to support the body in the training activities of the staff and in the operational coordination necessary to make possible the passage to the new system.
In this first phase, the ARDSU chose a gradual approach to the new system, leaving the double track active: that of the App, for those who have already configured it, and that of the traditional payment method in order to give everyone the time to take confidence with the new tool without jamming into service. The transition period will help to develop operational flows and to intercept technical difficulties for some time. The new system will be set up by September 15 with any updates that will be online on every smartphone technology.
