MILANO (ITALPRESS) – The Tar of Lombardy declared inadmissible the claim promoted by the Association Gruppo Verde Milano San Siro and by more than 160 residents of the Lombard capital against the sale of the stadium “Giuseppe Meazza” and its area.
The decision concerns the appeal of the resolution of the City Council of Milan and of the subsequent implementing acts which had authorized the alienation of the real estate and the scheme of convention in favor of San Siro S.p.A. (Company participated by A.C. Milan S.p.A. and F.C. International Milan S.p.A.), culminated with the conclusion of the contract of sale on 5 November 2025.
The Administrative Judges (President Stefano Mielli, Extensor Counselor Concetta Plantamura) found the original lack of interest of the applicants, motivated by the parcelling of the judicial action and the omitted appeal of the alleged acts approved in the previous years. In particular, the judgment points out that citizens have not disputed in terms of the deliberation of insertion of the stadium in the Plan of Alienations and Real Estate Valorizations, the variant to the Plan of Government of the Territory (PGT), nor the previous junta delibere that declared the public interest of the proposal of the two football clubs.
Restrictive appeal to the only final acts of the procedure without the deduction of “its visas”, the TAR declared the inadmissible appeal, disposing the full compensation of the costs of judgment between all parties constituted.
