ROMA (ITALPRESS) – On September 16th the exam will be held for admission to the Italian language courses of Health Professions and on September 17th at courses in English. The Minister of Universities and Research, Anna Maria Bernini, has signed the decree defining the methods and contents of admission tests for the academic year 2026/2027.
Also defined the availability of places. There are a total of 39,624 for the registrations of the three-year degrees of health professions, of which 38,184 are intended for EU and non-EU candidates resident in Italy and 1.440 for non-EU candidates resident abroad. On the other hand, 4.572 places for the registration of the Master’s Degrees, of which 4.443 are intended for EU and non-EU candidates resident in Italy and 129 places for non-EU candidates resident abroad. The breakdown was based on the training potential expressed by universities.
Students will have to carry out a written test prepared by each university according to a single national scheme, identical for access to all courses of health professions activated at the same university, consisting of 60 multiple-response questions – five options, one correct – to be resolved in a maximum time of 100 minutes. In detail: 4 questions of reading skills and knowledge acquired in studies; 5 logical reasoning and problems; 23 of biology; 15 of chemistry; 13 physics and mathematics. For the evaluation, 90 points are allocated: 1.5 points for each exact answer, minus 0.4 points for each incorrect answer, zero points for each omitted response. Only candidates who obtain a score of more than zero are eligible; however, no candidates who have given no answer to any question are listed in the ranking.
