Capizzoto stressed that “the examination will have to clarify what kind of blow has caused death”. “It was not a single blow to cause death: the blows were different and, at the moment, we are unable to determine what was the decisive one,” he added.
The prosecutor also reported that the Carabinieri identified five people in relation to the murder: two elders were subjected to arrest because suspects of contest in voluntary murder, while the other three are minors, whose position is at the expense of the Genoa Prosecutor. The two late elders were questioned yesterday, Sunday, by the magistrate in turn. During the search, garments were found likely to be worn during the murder and can be traced back to the images of the cameras.
