NAPOLI (ITALPRESS) – The Carabinieri of the Operational Nucleus of the Company of Naples-Stella gave execution to an order of custody in prison, against a 32-year-old and a 33-year-old. Both are seriously suspected, in competition between them, of sexual violence aggravated against a woman of 59 years under severe physical and mental disability.
The investigations, coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic at the Tribunal of Naples – IV Section “Violence of gender and protection of the weak bands of the population”, allowed to reconstruct the entire affair that originated on March 22, when the victim’s daughter filed complaint at the Carabinieri Vomero-Arenella Station, also giving some footage that portrayed the violence suffered.
The investigations allowed us to reconstruct a disturbing scenario in which man would abuse the woman while she slept, taking advantage of her total inability to defend herself. According to the accuser hypothesis, the conviving daughter of the victim, sister of the complainant, would not only allow man’s access to the house, but would also resume the whole scene with a mobile phone.
The probatory picture has been consolidated by the analysis of some films found in an electronic device, in which the inquiries have been identified through specific physical elements, tattoos and clothing worn.
The investigating party is also challenged by the crime of serious threat, for intimidating the complainant in an attempt to force her to withdraw the charges.
